Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the noise on the 8th floor was a bit bothersome. The service was exceptional, saving the experience for us, although the price for a single room was a bit high. The location was convenient, especially for the Olympia center, but the noise from an external aircon unit near our event room affected sleep quality. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a wide array of breakfast choices, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel had some pros like friendly and helpful staff but also some cons such as dated rooms and noise disturbances at night. The location was convenient for the Olympia show and there were good dining options available. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel has generally faced the side road with reasonable views and been relatively quiet. The room was comfy and had good facilities but was very noisy regardless of if you are on the front or back. It was freezing cold even with the air con off, had no radiator, and had to phone for extra duvets/blankets which arrived promptly - thank you.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were fairly small but adequate for one night, although the ill-fitting window frames allowed cold air into the room. The room had a funny smell, and its position on the 8th floor made it difficult to find, especially for those with mobility issues due to too many stairs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious with everything we needed, unfortunately, there was an awful smell of urine present. The service, although occasionally annoying with staff using walkie talkies, was overall helpful and obliging. The location was convenient for my needs, but the hotel is showing its age. The dining was good but overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but they were really cold, and the soundproofing was not the best, especially with the fan noise resembling an airplane taking off. The location was ideal, close to the Olympia Exhibition Centre, but a bit remote from central city pubs and restaurants. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff like Theodora and Barbara, though the dining options were just okay.
The hotel's location is perfect for access to Olympia and is close to the train station, making it convenient. The rooms are well sized despite some issues like poor windows and heating problems. The service was welcoming, though there could have been more proactive offers. The dining experience was enjoyable with good choices, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. However, a renovation is recommended to update the slightly outdated look.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfy, though a bit noisy at night. The staff were super helpful and friendly, even with occasional distractions. It is close to Olympia but not ideal for all main areas, and dining was a tad overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance of Kensington High Street. However, the dining options seemed a bit overpriced, and I found better value at local cafes. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had cozy and clean rooms, although a bit old and tired, with a slight urine smell. The service was friendly, especially at breakfast, but there were noise disturbances late at night. The location was excellent for Olympia events and easy access by tube or bus. The dining options were good overall, but limited underground access. The facilities were well organized with various choices.
The hotel offers good-sized rooms with quality fittings throughout, but lacks modern amenities like bedside power outlets and central light control. The service is exceptional, from the attentive concierge to the housekeeping staff. The location is ideal for those visiting Olympia or needing access to the tube. The dining experience is pleasant, with a good choice of dishes, though not exceptional. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient access to key locations.
